Unfortunately for Jokester, he doesn't have to imagine it. All he has to do is remember... and be relieved the kids hadn't been harmed in the end, though he couldn't say the same for Commissioner Gordon's wife.

There's an awkward moment when the trio can't find anything funny about this.

"Well, that's one way not to have to worry about another mortgage payment," Harlequin manages, though she knows it's a bit flat.

"Y'know, if they'd been in Gotham, insurance companies might cover break-ins by homicidal clowns," Duela says.

"Nah, it'd get filed under 'Act of God'," Harley adds, settling next to her daughter to make some gas grenades.

Jokester snerks at that one. "Not even close." Joker was more like an act of the devil.

"So, any other suggestions on antidote delivery methods?" Duela asks, hoping their new acquaintances aren't too offended... humor's a big defense mechanism for her family. "I don't even know if this will work, but..."
